We also have 3 harbors, and ships between Denia and the Balearic Islands. The apartment has a special location, and ideally just a few meters from the Marineta Casiana, and Paseo de las Rotas; Nearby there are supermarkets, the yacht club area with its pubs on the front line; Denia is a 10-minute walk away. It is a first floor, without an elevator, the parking lot is private within the urbanization closed by an automatic fence. It is distributed in two bedrooms, a bathroom, large living room and kitchen with all the comforts.
