WHAT IS AN AGRO-SMART ECO-HOTEL ?

An eco-hotel is an establishment that respects the environment as much as possible both in its construction and in its operation. All this through the use of recycled and ecological construction materials. The incorporation of renewable energy and power supplies connected to the Internet and capable of interacting with each other and working together to improve internal processes and also to offer better service to customers. And all from the point of view of helping to improve our environment.

ZERO EMISSIONS

The objective of our hotel is to have a 100% neutral carbon footprint and to do so it develops the following points :

- Reconversion of an existing facility, use of recycled and/or natural construction materials, and design integrated into the landscape of the pasture.

- Energy self-sufficiency. This is enabled by the use of the sun, the wind, the remains of the pruning of our oaks and olive trees, and the biogas generated by the organic waste of the hotel.

- Local food. KM or, the products from the farm itself and from the Los Pedroches region, and also adapting to the seasons of nature (mushrooms, fruits and vegetables, game meat...)

- Water management, rainwater capture and collection and grey water recycling, which allows us to be practically self-sufficient in water consumption, reducing the consumption of the livestock facility by 90%.

- Waste recycling, all waste is recycled, and organic waste is transformed into biofertilizer after extracting biogas as an energy source for the hotel.

INVESTMENT

The minimum investment is from 20,000 euros, which corresponds to four shares of the company that owns the hotel, divided into three investment categories:

- PREMIUM, investment of 100,000 euros, corresponding to 20 shares of the company that owns the hotel.

- VIP, investment of 60,000 euros, corresponding to 12 shares of the company that owns the hotel.

- PLATINUM, investment of 20,000 euros, corresponding to 4 shares of the company that owns the hotel.
