This CLUB DE CAMPO project is the creation of an exclusive "Smart & Equestrian Family Country Club" for 25 eco-gourmet owners, people who want to know the origin of the food that arrives at their table and want to live the experience first hand, without the inconveniences of everyday life. The Club is responsible for the maintenance and care of their Farm, and for having at their disposal all the health services, cleaning, veterinary, transportation, leisure...
The CLUB DE CAMPO is an ecological farm dedicated to the production of Iberian pork, beef, olive oil, honey, eggs... and at the same time a place of training, research and development of the systems and techniques of Regenerative Agriculture and Holistic Management.
WHAT IS OUR "SMART & EQUESTRIAN FAMILY COUNTRY CLUB"?
The owners of the farms will receive, through Family Equestiran Clue, the management of their farms and the services of this, products of the Iberian pig, beef, extra virgin olive oil... The Club is the managing, producing and marketing axis of the farms' products.
POSITIVE CARBON FOOTPRINT
The objective of the CLUB DE CAMPO is to increase its positive carbon footprint every year, for this it develops the following actions,
- Reconversion of a livestock facility, use of recycled and/or natural construction materials, and design integrated into the landscape of the pasture.
- Energy self-sufficiency, thanks to the use of the sun, the wind, the remains of the pruning of our oaks and olive trees, and the biogas generated by the organic waste of the hotel.
- Local food, KM 0, products from the farm itself and from the Los Pedroches region, also adapting to the seasons of nature (mushrooms, fruits and vegetables, game meat...)
- Water management, capturing and collecting rainwater and recycling grey water, which allows us to be practically self-sufficient in water consumption, reducing the consumption of the livestock facility by 90%.
- Waste recycling, all waste is recycled, and organic waste is transformed into biofertilizer after extracting biogas as an energy source for the hotel.
WHAT DOES MY FARM INCLUDE?...From 270,000 Euros
- 10 hectares, 100,000 m2 (minimum) of pasture.
- Membership of the Equestrian Family Club.
- Divisible into 2.5 Ha plots.
- Perimeter fence
- Up to 1,000 m2 of buildable housing, Eco-sustainable and self-sufficient.

- 2,500 m2 of agro-food buildable land.
- The Country Club is responsible for the management of your property, security, all the services you request, all agricultural and leisure activities, exclusively for the owners.
WHAT DO I RECEIVE EVERY YEAR FROM THE COUNTRY CLUB? For 675 Euros/month
- The products of 1 organic Iberian pig.
- The products of 1/2 native Retinta breed organic veal.
- 30 L of organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
- 25 kg of natural honey
- 25 kg of organic legumes.
- 15 kg of organic spelt flour.
(Knowing what you eat is the privilege and exclusivity of very few)
- Private security.
- Agricultural management and maintenance of the farms.
- Preparation and marketing of all food products (Iberian pork, extra virgin olive oil AOVE...).
- Management of the Smart & Equestrian Family Club.
- Organization of all the extraordinary services you need (maintenance and cleaning of the farm, transport, health, leisure...).
Within your farm, you have a private area of 5,000 m2, where your BIOCLIMATIC FARMHOUSE is located, with bioclimatic architecture, energy self-sufficiency and the capture of the landscape through large windows.
